Housing in Kuwait?

I have lived here for 3 years and still don't know where to find out about reasonable rentals. Every site online has housing that begins at 1500 KD. The newspapers only have "shared housing".

Anyone know of a website that lists apartments and villas between 300 - 600KD ?
