is it enough?

I got offered to work with oil and gas industry in kuwait.It is about 650kd of my total salary including housing allowance and transportation allowance.Since i don't know anything about living and cost in kuwait,i have a few questions to ask all the experts in kuwait.

1) How much the cost of housing or apartment rental which is suitable for my family(wife n 1 son only)?

2) What about utilities cost such as water, electric, internet,gas etc.??Is it expensive??

3) Is it enough with my salary given.Can i make a saving?
