Where to live?

Hello, really sorry as this question must have been asked a thousand times but where is the best place to live in Kuwait.

I am moving out on the 20/8/07 and will be working in Kuwait City. Can anyone give me a few ideas of where the best places are. I have already done some research but it would be a help speaking to someone that actually lives in an area.

Many thanks.....
