Moving to Kuwait

I am doctor who is going to move in Kuwait.
I have two children 12 and 15 and I am thinking should I take them with me immidiately or later.
I am also wondering about organizing my life in new circumstances.
What will be the best area for living if I am going to work in Salmyia.
