Joining husband in June...

My children and I are going to be joining my husband in Kuwait this coming June. I'm curious to first find out where the best place for expat families to live is. What I'm looking for is a furnished apartment complex with a swimming pool surrounded by lots of expat families! Anyone have any suggestions to an area that can provide all that?
