Be very careful when you sign up your rental agreement. Usually there is a copy in Arabic and one in English (or other language). The Arabic version is the legal one. Even though the agreement looks professional, be careful before signing it. Don't believe a word the other person says. I signed up with Frost Real Estate and was promised all sorts of things which didn't eventuate and that was dealing with an American! They even illegally kept some of my money, so be careful!
