Anybody working for CSA Kuwait

Hi,
My name is Kristen and my husband is considering a job offer through CSA Kuwait. I was wondering if this company is still allowing families to move over with the men or if not, how many times in a year I can go over on a 90 day visa? Thank you for all advice.
