same vaccination two times

I am writting from kuwait.

By mistake my 2 year old baby boy got two time vaccination for 18 month vaccine. one at 18 month

& at 24 month. then they gave 24 month vaccine after one week. sir I need your advise regarding

this. Is there any side effects or comblication? baby born in kuwait.
