download skype.com on your computers before coming to kuwait as you can't download it in kuwait (it's blocked) BUT you can use sykpe if you already have it downloaded on your computer

use magicbox.com for calls to usa and caanda only

also vanyoge (sic) - i don't know the correct spelling for more countries to call

phone cards are for sale and not too expensive but the above are the cheapest
