I am looking to get a cleaner, initially for 2 days a week working 4 hours a day. I am not sure what I should be paying them as I have never been in this situation before. Also am I expected to pay for a taxi to and from my place for them or do they normally take the bus?

Can anyone recommend a good reliable cleaner. I am in the rumaithiya area
