Need advice

I was offered a job in al-omooma Hospital in the Old riggae area. Is this a nice area? I am a bachelor and they offered me 1200 KD + 500 housing allowance + 30 days paid vacation per year. Are there other things which I should ask for in the contract? what about housing allowance? Please give me your advice.
