I am in the process of starting employment with CSA Kuwait and was wondering if anyone else was and how theirs was progressing. I am trying to get a better feel for their timeline.
Also i was wanting to hear from those already there and wondering how things were going.

I got a job offer back in August and thought I was going to be there by the end of Sept. still waiting. My understanding is that I now have to get a Federal Security Clearance. Now waiting for eQip info to fill out. Have you filled that out yet?

I just did my physical two weeks ago Friday. I am waiting on the eQip thing myself i think. It is hard to get a hold of anyone now. Let me know how things go. PM me if you want to talk and/or get together via skype or email.

I currently work for CSA Ltd. I find it a rather easy company to work for. Maybe not the best pay but I think better working conditions. I work 48 hours. 4 days 12 hour shifts and then off three days. Others work 4 tens and an eight then 2 days off. CSA’s contract is coming to an end. ITT won the bid. We are currently going through changes leading up the hand over. I would expect some delays between getting your offer and arriving in country during this time. The Visa process and back ground check has caused some delay. Good luck.

AZGuy - What field do you work for at CSA? I was offered an IT position and submitted all paperwork. Apparently, I'm now waiting for my Visa to process.

Is the general consensus that ITT will transition all technical CSA employees? If so, what do you think that would mean for housing, pay and benefits, transportation, working hours etc.? Do you think any of that will change once the employees are working for ITT?

Hi, I just started the application process with CSA (I guess so because they started my background search). I just had found out about the ITT thing, do I still have a chance of getting hired by CSA? The recruiter said he was processing my application. (Non-FPO job). My question is, do I have an opportunity still? I would work in Public Works as an electrician. Any news, advice, thoughts, are greatly appreciated.

Does anybody know what happened to CSA? I know they lost the Camp Arifjan Force Protection contract around 2014 or so. It was a ten year contract awarded around 2004ish and they did not win the new contract. I need to contact their HR for some employment documents and I cannot find anything on them. Usually when one of these companies loses a contract they just bid/win other contracts, but it appears CSA just vanished. Perhaps they were acquired by another company and all their HR records exist with this other company? Any help would be appreciated.
