Dogs

I know it may seem silly, but the one thing holding me back from joining my fiance in Kuwait are our dogs. Has anyone bought their dogs or pets with them? I am having a difficult time finding the information I am looking for. Specifically, I wanted to know if there was quarantine period. Any information on the process would be much appreciated.
