Kuwait - What is that like

It is very dusty. In most places debris and building materials will remain on the street. In the summer time it is very hot, but the heat is dry.

In winter time the temperature is around 10 - 15°C. It can be very cold at night.
In spring the temperature rises to 30-35°C, and over the summer (june – August the temperature rises to 40-50°C.

There are normally no sidewalks. There is sand and waste of various kinds in many places. Residential areas are not particularly organized.

There are often small shops with laundry, small food stores and hairdressers. In many areas there are small centers with restaurant’s like McDonalds, Ruby Tuesday, Taco Bell and other fast food branches.

Supermarkets are a number of places but you often have to drive to them. They have everything you need. Until you get car this is a challenge.

There are several very large shopping centers. There is a IKEA which is fully identical to a Danish store.

Some beach areas are not cared for, while others are in the public domain and look nice. There are also private beaches in connection with private houses lying directly out to the water. But there are also public beaches which you can access by paying.
One example is the Hilton Resort which provides an opportunity for good possibilities with bathing, spa and more.

Most restaurants have employees from the Philippines. They are kind and helpful.

Many Indians are taxi drivers, have the small shops and work on more manual work.
