Kuwait Visit visa extension

Hi all,

I am a Canadian who got a visit cisa on landing. The visa paper says that I have temporary residence for 3 months from Sep 15, 2015; however my exit date on my visa is October 14 which is only 30 days from my landing date. Do I have to pay a fine if I stay beyond Oct 14th?
Can someone assist me with the procedure of extending my stay in Kuwait beyond Oct 14 without a fine.
