Use Non-Custom Paid Car

Hello everyone,

I have just moved to Laos and work with the NGO sector. As per the government rules (checked online), Diplomats and NGO staff are allowed to use/import a tax-free car in Laos. I just wanted to ask if there is any place where I can find a tax-free car or if someone is selling one out?
