looking for brits in vilnius for advice

hi all,

i am desperately seeking advice on how to gain employment in vilnius, as i really need to be with my partner who is native to lithuania and already has a sucsessful career ahead of her, the problem i have at the moment is my knowledge of the language is very basic but am learning more each day....... has anyone moved out there and suceeded without any real knowledge of the language or does anyone know of any good places for information or english speaking companies who are willing to employ????? thank you all for your time
