I read so many blogs here about different nations being UNFRIENDLY to expats. Top of the list - the expats make no effort to speak the language ( at least minimally ). I've visited many countries and before I go, I always get some kind of a command of the language. Trust me, it helps make the 'locals' more friendly. Labas
