1st grade cutoff date

We are most likely moving to Moldova next summer from the United States. I have a 5 year old daughter who will be attending school in Moldova next year, and I was wondering what the cutoff date is for Moldovan schools. For example, where I live, children must be 5 on or before September 30 to enter kindergarten. Anyone born on October 1 or later must wait an extra year to begin kindergarten. What is the cutoff date in Moldova?
