Building a home in Marrakech

Hello all,

I am new to the group and looking for advice from those who live in Marrakech. I live in the US but plan on relocating with the fam to Morocco in the coming years (sooner rather than later) and I am starting my research early. Our plan is to purchase land and build a home. Any tips or advice? We want to live near a school for the kids...any suggestions on a region in Marrakech is appreciated.

Thanks!
