Moving to Marrakech

I will be moving to Marrakech in July. Any advise on which realtor to use and what part of the city is good to live in. I speak English, Spanish, and some Italian, probably not to useful there. How modern is the city, don't want to sound ignorant, but are there decent shopping centers, so I can set up a household? Is the voltage 220, and what does anyone recommend bringing or leaving behind?
