Currency Exchange

Hi everyone. I'm going to sell my house in a few months in morocco for a large sum of money and I wanted to exchange it from Moroccan dirham to USA dollar. I heard from many people that it would cost more than 5% to do the exchange, and Morocco has a law in place that prohibits taking out more than $20,000 per person per year. I was wondering if there was a way around this. For example find people that want to exchange from USA $ to Moroccan dirham and do the exchange with that person. Obviously there would safe guards. Such as only exchange ~$10,000 at a time and using a certified checks or something similar. Is this a good idea? Is there a better way? And where can I find people to do the exchange with? Thank you in advanced!
