any expats down south?

Hi, ive been living in Tinghir for the past 3 months, married to a moroccan and working on a midwifery project.. Ive hit the 3 month wall and am feeling very lonely, i dont know anyone who speaks english (this is my only language) and isolated. Im learning tamazight but its a slow process, im finding it much more difficult than i expected. There are many things i love about morocco but im not sure im in the right area, any ideas or tips from fellow expats?
