American visiting Tangier, Fes

I'm an American woman living in Rabat. This summer I'm trying to explore other cities but I have nobody to go with. I was wondering whether there are any English-speaking expats in or around Tangier, where I plan to go next week, and Fes, which I'd like to visit the following week. I would love to explore your cities together! If you're working and don't have a lot of opportunities to visit local landmarks, I would love to accompany you.
