drug testing, visa applications???

Hi.

Im currently in the process of getting a spousal visa, and changing my status, to permenant resident, in the states.

There is a medical examination required.
Doctors list a bunch of tests they have to give you.
The FORM also lists EVIDENCE of drug addiction.

So far as evidence, it can only really be a test.
SO MY QUESTION IS:
In applying for change of status, in USA, do they drug test you?

Anyone who's been through the process already, if you could fill me in, tell me any other tips for this exhausting process, it'd be much appreciated.
