HELP PLEASE

Hallo everyone = please help me urgently.

My husband is currently working in Namibia on work visa (still awaiting long-term permit). We are accompanying him as per visa, and going down (with him) in our car from South Africa. What should we pay at the border towards our car? His visa is valid until end of February 2016 for now.
