Is there any sign of an easy, passive investment visa materializing? I have heard rumours of the "desert visa" for some time, but nothing seems to materialize?

We can enter Namibia for 90 days at a time as Visitors. I have, in the past, simply gone in and out of a country on visitors' visas indefinitely for many years (my family were resident as citizens there, as they have a third nationality that I do not possess). Does anyone do this in Namibia? How strict is the immigration department? We all have multiple passports except for my wife, and could come in and out 3 times a year on 3 different passports, for example.
