My wife and I are intending to make a trip to the Volcan area, perhaps March 09. We want to visit our 30 acre property there. We are thinking of where we would like to build a house and settle.... Panama or the USA.
We are wondering how you are doing there in Panama.
How is it for you living in that area in Panama, do you still like it?
What have been the challenges?
How are the economics in Panama now?
Real estate prices... up or down since 2 years ago?
Is what is going on with politics and the economy in the USA effecting things there in Panama?
If things get worse in the USA, dollar crashes, depression, marshall law, etc etc do you think Panama is a safe haven?
Are prices still low to build a 1500 sq foot house?
