I'm going to be in Panama in early December. I'm having some trouble deciding if I should make reservations before I leave the states or if I will be able to find clean, comfortable, reasonably priced accommodations after I get there. I would like to be able to leisurely travel around and be able to spend a night or two in places that appeal to me. Is this do-able? By the way, I am 69 years old and I don't want to sleep in a hostel.
