Visa confusion

I posted earlier regarding visa for myself and wife and had good advice including private email.

BUT I am still confused. My advice has been that I get 90days on my arrival visa then I leave the country and get the same again when I return BUT I read blogs referring to 30 day visa's.
Please could someone clarify.
