Hi Everyone. My husband and I are looking at retiring to Panama and have a question (actually many) on health insurance. Is anyone out there a retired US civil servant that carried their FEHB with them when they retired? If so, are you able to use it in Panama and are you happy with the level of services provided? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. We are trying to decide if this option would beneficial to us – both financially and medically. Thanks!
