Import tax on a yacht in Panama

I am a retiree and would like to relocate to Panama and live on a yacht. From a tax perspective, is there any difference between importing a yacht and buying one locally? In other words would it be better from a tax perspective to buy a yacht in Panama or import my own?

Any help would be appreciated!
