Carnival advice

Hi, looking for advice. We are late 50's-ish, looking to eventually relocate. Checking out Panama in February, staying Saturday and Sunday in PC and Monday to Wednesday in Las Tablas. I have been watching YouTube and reading descriptions, and clearly this will be like nothing we have ever experienced. We have three days after to explore, as well. Any and all thoughts, advice, tips, most appreciated.
