transportation from PC to Colon

I will be arriving at 1:30 am on Spirit airline and have a couple nights reserved but have to go to Colon for a cruise leaving the 27th. Information on getting to Colon would be much appreciated. Also something to do while in PC My son of 25 will be arriving on the 25th so I was trying to line transportation up ahead of time for us to get there. Lastly if someone knows of a good Hostel to stay in while in PC please let me know. Thanks
