Recently it was told that including a tip is illegal well the real reason behind this is a restaurant put a 20% tip on all the bills which I believe is to much I believe 10% is fair on less the service is bad I have left a penny which means the service was terrible. Back to the story on the local news;; when the two waiters went to get their tips the owner told them that they don't get them it belongs to her; when they complained she fired them, so they took it to the media.
