eshop Account Number

We are moving to Panama by the first of December. We have already gotten an eshop account. I am having problems with various companies AND the post office when attempting to give them a forwarding address. The address should be: Our name followed by an MLX number and then address. I was told the account number should go beside the last name but computer programs will not accept it formatted that way. Does anyone know if it is ok to put the MLX account number on the second line.
