We are a Canadian couple looking to retire possibly to Panama in the next 5 years,we will both be pentioned and bringing in over $6000 Can per month,we also have a substantial amount of savings...2 main questions..any canadains receiving a pension and living full time in panama can advise ie rules and restrictions and secondly,two -fold question,we are looking for a beach,gated possibly golf-course area but we don't want an isolated area...also looking on recommendations for a good real estate person...
