Tentative exploratory itinerary

Hi Folks,

I posted here last year and the experience was generally positive so now im back again. I would like to move to panama in the not to distant future. I have some fairly well developed ideas on where I'd like to live, but think it wise to try to keep an open mind on this and to go there and explore the country before before fixing on something.

To that end, I have one month, from Sep 15 to Oct 15, to check things out. I've fabbed up the itinerary you see below. Im trying to strike the right balance between the need to keep moving so as to see as much of the place as possible, but not to move too fast so as to be rushed generally and in each place.

What I'm looking for is any kind of feedback you might have on this. Stay longer in some places? skip some places? thoughts about places? Any errant thoughts at all really would be welcome. I know this is a little vague and open ended, but I cant think how else to lay this out. So hopefully it works. Here's the itinerary, for better or worse
