exercising pensionado benefits

I need to book a flight to Panama City to pick up my Cedula (I have my Pensionado Visa). I will take the opportunity to also visit Periera COL, so I need to book hotel nights in PC and a return flight to Periera or Armenia, COL from here in Canada.

I know that if I just go ahead and book through the internet, through one of the gazillion booking sites, they won't actually have the capability of applying my discount of a fulsome 50% on hotels (mid-week) and 25% on the Copa flight to COL.

Does anyone know how I should best book these arrangements to ensure I can avail the discounts I so very richly deserve? To this point I have never actually taken advantage of them, but the savings for these two items will be substantial.
