Hi all, does anyone know if a lawyer needs to be present when visiting Immigration to collect permanent residency cards? Our are asking for a fee that I think is very unreasonable given it's simply swapping cards, and would prefer to not pay out if I can help it. I have contacts in PC who would happily attend with me and translate anything I don't understand. Thanks in advance
