Yellow Fever Vaccination?

Has anyone had personal experience with being vaccinated against Yellow Fever and Typhoid here in Panama? I have friends in transit to another country that is requiring this to be done.

My physician informed me that it is only available through the Metropolitana de Salud in Corozal. Since these individuals do not hold residency in Panama, can they simply pay cash?

Has anyone had this done?
