I am in the process of a F/N's Application with a schedule visit on April 1st to PTY for Immigration.
Today I got a email message after being deep in w/ the UNNAMED Attorney that immigration is NO LONGER accepting short Term Rental agreements , only long term and they are reading/scrutinizing those contracts.
That attorney went on to provide a link to Encuentra24 website, telling me I have to find/rent a property for long term... just like that..... I'm so peeved, and the atty is in process of the Corporation at least 1 week to 10 days in and paid for that. As well as the Retainer & other misc expenses, but NOT the atty fee's or certainly not the $ 1,255 per person fee.
Does ANYONE who has Just completed or is NOW Completing have any info on this , feel free to PM me or E-mail me directly @ [email protected]
