Overstaying the visa period

Howdy,
My wife is Nica as is our pickup truck, I am US. We drove here in September thinking of staying for 3-6 months. I now find out that Nica's cannot stay for more than 90 days.
Can anyone tell me what the consequences would be if we just ignored this and showed up at the border in March? For her and the truck??
