Google Business Location Verification

Does anyone know how to get their Google business location verified for Google maps?

They appear to have 2 options:

1. Via postcard (which won't work in Panama since they don't have postal delivery)
2. Via Video Chat. The problem with this one is that I've waited on a page for days for someone in Google to do the video chat, but there's no indication that this method works at all.
