Pensionado Visa

Some of us who have Pensionado Visa could not visit Panama due to Corona virus in the last two years (this is required to keep our Visa alive). I am now informed that the Govt. of Panama has given extension up to June 30th. 2021. This means if you visit Panama before June 30th your Pensionado Visa will not be suspended even if you did not visit Panama in the last two years.
Can some one confirm this.

I understand Arkansas 1 is in the same predicament like mine.
