I am a US citizen and my wife is a Mexican citizen. I have permanent residency in Mexico. My wife does not have a current US visa, and has never lived in the US, but has visited in the past on a tourist visa.

When applying for a visa, does Panama require a US FBI report for my wife, since I am a US citizen, and she has visited the US?
