Moving many pets

1. Hello everyone! I served at fort Sherman for 2 years, the Noriega Austen years, and fell in love with the people the culture and the climate. I have always wanted to move back there and retire. I do 100% telehealth counseling from home, so high speed internet is a absolute must! And I prefer to be more in the mountains where it's cooler. Any ideas or suggestions?
2. The major snag that I am running into is how to get my numerous pets into Panama? I am looking for helpful and constructive advice, not negativity or judgment! I have basically been rescuing animals for close to 30 years. I have found homes for all the ones that I can. But I take in the animals that nobody else wants or they deem them to be not adoptable.. for example, I have a dog that has seizures and two dogs that are almost blind. I am a responsible pet owner, all of my animals are fixed and have had their shots and they are clean animals. I am a single female with a master's degree, no children, so my pets are my fur children and I will not just go and dump them so I can move to Panama!! I have nine dogs and 24 cats that I would need to move. Believe me, if you're in the rescue business the number of pets that I have is nothing compared to most!! I realize that I will not be able to live in city limits as I'm sure Panama has ordinances on how many pets can be in the city. Plus I prefer to live more in the country and up higher where it's cooler. Everything I have read says that if I transfer them by airplane I can ship two or three at a time, that will get very expensive and time-consuming quickly!! I really want to purchase a camper and haul them down to Panama. But how would I get through Mexico and Costa Rica with that many animals? Is anyone aware of any pet transport companies in the Panama area? Before I go getting my hopes up are looking at houses I just want to know if it's possible to do?? Thank you for your time!
