Bank Transfer Charges

I have a Banistmo bank account and make regular transfers of my pension from my Canadian bank account into my Banistmo account. For this, Banistmo charges a commission of 37.50 plus 2.62 taxes for every transfer. Can anyone tell me if there is another Panamanian bank that doesn't charge a commission for direct deposit of foreign government pension. And if so, does the bank have an English app that is easy to use.
