Why is it in Panama that the agent has no idea about the properties they sell, don’t even know where exactly it is located, what it looks like or even have up-to-date photos of the property. Ads are also so surreal, cm and mm added into the sq. M property size, eg. 1233350M2 for $100k and you think, wow 12ha that is big. Turns out to be 1233,50m2 or the put $0,12/m2 and it actually should be $12/m2. I don’t know, it is not the kind of thing you need a university degree for, basic school teaches you this. Also, some owners don’t know anything about the land they are wanting to either….. it really is not very sales oriented, at least not the lower price region. Can’t speak for the million+ properties.
