as per my post below about WORLD REMIT

one of my colombaian friends just called to tell me the
monies have arrive in her account

I have not used World REMIT in over 3 years

the amount was $130 which was an amount sent her years ago

I cannot access my account because when I create a new
password I am denied entry and asked to create a new password
and the loop goes on and on

what do I do now?
